It’s easy! Browse our selection of furniture and add the products you like to your cart. Once you place the order, it’ll be ready for dispatch within 48 hours and you’ll receive your new furniture within two weeks. 

Products not under the clearance section are brand new and unused.

Our clearance products are properly sanitized with EPA/CDC-certified disinfection equipment or supplies before delivery. These products may or may not be used previously, are unboxed and may have some imperfections.

Clearance

Clearance products are used and might have minor imperfections. 

Our clearance products are properly sanitized with EPA/CDC-certified disinfection equipment or supplies before delivery. 

We urge you to inspect the items immediately upon delivery. If you find that the state of the furniture is not to your liking, you should notify our delivery team at the time of delivery so they can take the items back. Once the delivery team has left, any returns will be subject to a restocking fee of $150.

All fitness products will be delivered to your doorstep.

All clearance products will be delivered assembled to your home.

At this time, we deliver in San Francisco, San Diego, Los Angeles and New York City.

We offer free white glove delivery for all clearance orders of minimum $175. For clearance orders lesser than that, we charge a flat fee of $99. Fitness products ship free.

Fitness & clearance products will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

No worries! Write to us at support@casaone.com and we will pick it up for a restocking fee of $150 within 3 days of delivery. Read our Return Policy here.

For products ordered from the clearance category, we need your signature at the time of delivery.

For the new products, we won’t need your signature at the time of delivery. However, please make sure there is a safe area where we can deliver your order.

Billing

Absolutely! As soon as you place your order, we will send the invoice to your registered email address.

Cancellation

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped. If your furniture is already on its way, you will have to request to return instead (see Shipping & Returns). Read our Cancellation Policy here.
