It’s easy! Browse our selection of furniture and add the products you like to your cart. Once you place the order, it’ll be ready for dispatch within 48 hours and you’ll receive your new furniture within two weeks. 

Furniture not under the clearance section is brand new and unused.

Our clearance products are properly sanitized with EPA/CDC-certified disinfection equipment or supplies before delivery. These products are used and may have some imperfections.

We urge you to inspect the items immediately upon delivery. In case you find that the state of the furniture is not to your liking, you must let us know at the time of delivery itself, so we can take them back.

Shipping & Returns

All new products will be delivered in boxes and you may receive your order in multiple shipments. We do not provide assembly at this time, but rest assured that all the assembly and installation manuals you’ll need for each product will be available on the website.

All clearance products will be delivered assembled to your home.

No. We deliver furniture free of charge!

Fitness & clearance products will be shipped within 3-7 business days while home office items will be shipped in 10 business days.

No worries! Write to us at support@casaone.com and we will pick it up for a restocking fee of $150 within 3 days of delivery. Read our Return Policy here.

For products ordered from the clearance category, we need your signature at the time of delivery.

For the new products, we won’t need your signature at the time of delivery. However, please make sure there is a safe area where we can deliver your order.

Cancellation

You can request a cancellation before your order is shipped. If your furniture is already on its way, you will have to request to return instead (see Shipping & Returns). Read our Cancellation Policy here.
