General

To initiate a return, please write to us at support@casaone.com
You will be responsible for all return shipping charges in case the item is returned under the reason code: ‘Changed your Mind’. In this case, the return shipping fee and restocking fee (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.
Returns will only be accepted if the item is in its original condition and packaging. The item must be returned with all of its parts, instructions, and accessories.
A refund will be processed only after the items have been received in the warehouse and investigated.
Mattresses cannot be returned if opened or removed from the original packaging.
A cancellation request needs to be raised within 24 hours. Any cancellation request raised past this will be treated as a return request.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Discounted items, including items purchased with coupons are final and cannot be returned or exchange.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new items.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
All returned items must be undamaged, unused, and in good condition. If the canopy has signs of use the return will not be accepted. If your replacement canopy/netting is defective or damaged upon arrival, please refer to our Warranty page.

Have your order# and email address along with pictures of the package received, shipping label, and product (if package has been opened) ready for upload (required 6 pictures) and submit your request for a return.
